Life can be stressful, but here are some tips on how to keep calm and feel peaceful

These times are more stressful than ever, but there are some things that you can do to help yourself. SLZUSD social worker Laura Mitchell-Morton, has given us some mindfulness tips to help us push through this school year.  Mitchell-Morton is available to meet with AHS Students Monday - Friday from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
