In a special presentation by Mrs. Zimmerman, she walks us through a moment of mindfulness in a natural setting. Mrs. Zimmerman teaches both Future Academy pathway classes; DPA (Developmental Psychology of Adolescence) and DPC (Developmental Psychology of Children) where mindfulness is used to teach psychology.
